How do I Favourite a vendor?

Save your Favourite vendors by clicking the heart at the top right corner of a vendor’s listing. Access your Favourite vendors anytime through your Dashboard.

How do I mark a vendor as Booked?

Mark the vendors you’ve booked by clicking the checkmark at the top right corner of a vendor’s listing. Access your Booked vendors anytime through your Dashboard.

Do I need to create an account?

You can access our entire directory and read our curated articles without an account. Though, creating a Divine Details account will allow you to plan your wedding, receive personalized tips, be reminded of important timelines and allow you to easily save your favorite articles and vendors while browsing the Divine Details Directory. Create your account.

How do I edit my login information?

You can manage your Account Details through your Dashboard. Click here to edit your account now.

Will my personal information ever be shared?

No, absolutely not! Your personal information will not be shared to anyone, including vendors. You can read our Privacy Terms here.

What are Divine Details Listings?

Your Divine Details Listing is an entire page dedicated to one thing - promoting your wedding business and signing up clients! There are two types of Divine Details Listings, Basic and Premium Listings.

Divine Details Basic Listings are completely free and allow couples to search for your business in the Divine Details Directory

Divine Details Premium Listings are fully customizable, allowing you to update it with all your information, personalize and showcase your best work. How do I complete a comprehensive Divine Details Listing?

After creating your Divine Details Listing, you can add supplementary information to enhance your listing to inform and appeal to couples planning their wedding. You can complete and edit your listing anytime through your Dashboard under Listing Details.

How do I link my social media pages and my website to my Divine Details Listing?

Go to your social media page or website, copy the entire URL and paste it in its respective section within “Edit Listing” under Listing Details in your Dashboard.

How do I change my vendor category and subcategories?

To help brides find you, make sure you choose the most appropriate category and include all subcategories that you offer. You can manage your category selection by editing your listing in your Dashboard.

Am I able to add more than five locations?

Divine Details Premium Listings come with a maximum of five locations. If you have more than five locations, you may qualify for our corporate rates. Corporate rates allow you to be found by couples in every city your business is located across Canada. Please contact our Divine Details team at [email protected] for more information.

What is a Unique Divine Details URL?

With your Premium Listing you are able to register a unique link to promote your business and direct traffic right to your listing.

What’s the Free 30 Day Premium Trial?

Every Divine Details Listing comes with a Free 30 Day Premium Trial. Your Free 30 Day Premium Trial period begins when you create your listing. This trial includes all features and updates available to paid subscriptions. This is your chance to test our Premium benefits and see first hand how you can gain more clients.

What happens at the end of my Free 30 day Premium Trial?

After your Premium Trial has ended, you will be converted to a basic listing. Couples will still be able to find your listing. However, you will no longer receive the Premium Listing benefits, such as full listing customization, Unique Divine Details URL and additional listed information. Click here to manage your Premium Subscription.

How do Brides and Grooms find my Divine Details listing?

All listings can be found through Divine Detail's Directory. Couples can search by city, category and additional filters to find and book vendors who can help them with their big day.

Additionally, Premium Listings receive a Unique Divine Details URL, which couples can use to directly find your business. Create my Divine Details Listing and secure my Unique URL.

How do I edit My Account information?

Account information can easily be managed within your vendor Dashboard under My Account.

How do I change my account email address and password?

Your email address and password can be managed and updated within My Account.

How do I reset my password if I forgot it?

You can reset your password by clicking Forgot Password? and entering your account email address.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments can be made online using major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

What are the billing periods?

There are two different subscription periods, monthly and yearly. Subscriptions will renew at the end of each period, unless cancelled prior to the renew date. If cancelled, you will continue to receive your Premium Listing for the remaining days left on your subscription. You can manage your subscription plan in Payment Details.

How do I cancel my Divine Details Premium Listing subscription?

You can cancel your Premium subscription within your Dashboard. You will continue to receive your Premium Listing for the remaining days left on your subscription.

How do I take down my Divine Details Listing?

How do I obtain a copy of my paid invoices?

A receipt of your invoice will be emailed directly to you after your purchase. Your invoice history is accessible at any time through your vendor page under Invoice Details.
